IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. International Ekin SNY JMUN will recognize schools through the School and Delegate Registration form to secure the attending delegation’s place at the conference of 2026.
2. Registered schools and delegates will be communicated via email for payment details and more.
3. Registration fees include delegates’ and advisors’ advisory sessions, conference materials, and shuttles from specific spots to the venue of the event, lunch services, fresh advisor coffee breaks, and attendance fees.  These fees do not include airport transport or accommodations. (Does not include New York Conference)
4. No Refunds are entertained by International Ekin SNY JMUN once the application is approved and the payment has gone through.
5. School advisors will be free to attend the training sessions and conference events at a ratio of 1:10.  (This means one advisor is free to attend at the conference for EACH TEN  delegates)
6. The additional advisor fee will be 4000 TL per participant.
7. The deadline for early registration payments is due on December 31, 2025.
8. Regular registration payment will be due on 31 January 2026. Schools will be notified of the details.
