*Important notes  about registrations for New York Conference:

• To secure your place at our conference in New York, please register your school and advisor/advisors first. Delegate registration will be required once the primary application is accepted.  Advisors will subsequently receive an email regarding the US visa applications. Further details will be emailed to primary advisors after the registration is finalized. 
• Applications may close earlier than the deadline due to the limited space we have. 
• Registrations will close on January 20, 2025.
