REGISTRATION FOR 2020 CONFERENCE WILL OPEN EARLY OCTOBER 2019.
Registered schools and delegates will be communicated via email for details of payment.
EKINJMUN will not make any refunds once the application is approved and the payment has gone through.
The requested fees include conference materials, delegate and advisor training, 3 lunch courses, coffee breaks, snacks, social event, transport from and to the hotels and designated spots, and attendance fee.
A ratio of 1/10 for advisors will be applied to delegation registration fee. (One advisor will attend the event free of charge for 10 delegates)
The deadline for regular payment for 2020 conference is November 30, 2019.
